This study investigates the voting behavior of electors across six valley districts in Manipur, focusing on demographic factors such as age, gender, education level, and income. Using a descriptive survey method and a purposive random sampling technique, data were gathered from 808 participants to capture a representative sample of the electorate in the region. Analysis using ANOVA and post-hoc tests revealed significant differences in voting behavior across age groups, education levels, and income categories, while gender differences were non-significant. Higher voting behavior scores were associated with older age, higher education levels, and greater income, indicating these demographics' potential influence on political engagement and decision-making patterns. These findings provide valuable insights into how demographic factors shape political preferences in Manipur and underscore the importance of tailored political strategies that address the specific needs and characteristics of different population segments.
